Product & Manufacturing
Will the color, finish, or thickness of products always be identical?
Due to the nature of large-scale paper product manufacturing, minor variations in color, thickness, texture, or dimensions may occasionally occur between production batches. Product appearance may also vary slightly from images displayed on digital screens or devices.
Are your cups, plates, and trays suitable for hot foods and beverages?
Yes. Many of our food-service disposable products are designed for standard hot and cold food applications, including beverages such as coffee, tea, and iced drinks. Select insulated cups, paper trays, and heavy-duty plates may also be suitable for microwave reheating under normal food-service conditions.
Customers should always use products according to their intended food-service purpose and exercise caution when handling hot contents.
Do you offer custom printing or branded packaging options?
Yes. Approved custom or semi-custom orders may qualify for branded printing options, including logos and custom artwork.
Customers submitting artwork or branding materials confirm that they possess the legal rights and permissions necessary to use those materials. Axxion USA, INC. is not responsible for intellectual property violations associated with customer-submitted designs.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Do you offer free shipping?
Retail customers within California may qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping where applicable. Shipping costs for orders outside California and for wholesale freight shipments are calculated at checkout based on shipment size, weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Can I pick up my order directly from your facility?
Yes. Customers may select local pickup (Will Call) where available. Once the order is prepared, customers will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.
Orders should generally be collected within 72 hours after notification. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be shipped to the address on file, and applicable shipping charges may apply.
Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account for shipping?
Eligible customers may provide their own UPS or FedEx billing account information during the shipping process, subject to carrier approval and operational compatibility.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No. Due to the size and shipping requirements of our products, all orders require a valid physical residential or commercial street address for delivery.
Returns & Claims
What is your return policy for food-service disposable products?
Due to hygiene, food-safety, and product integrity standards, most sales are considered final once products leave our fulfillment facility.
Because our products are intended for direct food-service use, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted except in cases involving verified fulfillment errors, manufacturing defects, or severe transit damage.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your shipment arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the claim efficiently, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the outer carton
- Photos of the affected products
Claims submitted after the reporting window may not qualify for review.
Wholesale Accounts & Billing
Do you offer wholesale pricing for restaurants, distributors, and businesses?
Yes. Approved wholesale customers may receive access to bulk pricing for cases, cartons, and larger-volume purchases through our wholesale purchasing program.
Wholesale account approval may require business verification and applicable resale or tax exemption documentation.
How do I apply tax exemption status to my wholesale account?
Wholesale customers may submit valid resale certificates or tax exemption documentation during the account approval process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted tax documentation remains accurate, current, and legally valid under applicable tax regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and approved digital payment methods through our secure checkout system. Eligible wholesale accounts may also qualify for invoicing or additional payment arrangements based on account approval status.
