Shipping policy

At Axxion USA, INC., we are committed to providing reliable order fulfillment and transparent shipping processes for both retail customers and wholesale partners. Please review the following Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order through our website.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Weekly Order Processing

All retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) orders are processed and prepared for shipment on a weekly fulfillment schedule.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, and operational processing timelines.

Fulfillment Cut-Off Times

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Fridays, as well as orders submitted during weekends or recognized holidays, will be processed during the following fulfillment cycle.

Processing times may occasionally vary during periods of high order volume, severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or operational interruptions beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been picked, packed, and prepared for shipment, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking systems to display updated shipment activity after the tracking number has been generated.

2. Retail Customer Shipping (B2C)

California Deliveries

Retail customers shipping within the State of California receive Free Standard Ground Shipping on qualifying retail orders.

Shipping costs for these deliveries are already incorporated into applicable retail pricing where stated.

Deliveries Outside California

For retail orders shipping outside California and within the contiguous United States, shipping charges are calculated live at checkout based on:

  • Total shipment weight
  • Dimensional package sizing
  • Destination delivery zone
  • Carrier service rates

Applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

3. Wholesale & Partner Shipping (B2B)

Wholesale Freight Charges

Approved wholesale and distribution partners purchasing bulk cases, master cartons, or palletized quantities are responsible for applicable freight and carrier charges.

Because wholesale pricing already reflects volume-based pricing structures, complimentary shipping is not available for B2B orders unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Live Carrier Calculations

Shipping charges for wholesale orders are calculated in real time at checkout based on:

  • Shipment weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Freight classifications
  • Delivery destination
  • Carrier service availability

All freight charges displayed during checkout are estimates provided directly by the shipping carrier.

4. UPS / FedEx Parcel Charges & Carrier Billing

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all parcel, freight, shipping, and delivery-related charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Third-Party Carrier Billing

Customers may provide their own UPS or FedEx billing account information during the ordering process if they prefer to have shipping charges billed directly through their own carrier accounts.

Invoiced Shipping Charges

If no third-party carrier billing account is provided, shipping costs may be added to the final invoice at the time the shipment is processed and released.

5. Customer Pickup (Will Call Orders)

Pickup Notification

Customers selecting local pickup or Will Call service will receive an email notification once their order is fully prepared and available for collection.

Pickup Timeline

Orders must be collected within 72 hours after pickup notification has been issued.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders

If an order is not collected within the required 72-hour window, Axxion USA, INC. reserves the right to ship the order to the address associated with the purchase. Any resulting shipping or carrier charges will become the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Restrictions & Shipping Conditions

Due to the size and shipping requirements of food-service disposable products, the following shipping limitations apply to all orders.

Standard Ground Shipping Only

To maintain shipping efficiency and manage dimensional freight costs, all orders are shipped using Standard Ground shipping services.

At this time, expedited shipping methods, including overnight or express air delivery services, are not available.

No P.O. Box Deliveries

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Military forwarding addresses

A complete physical street address is required for all shipments.

Residential & Commercial Delivery Classifications

Shipping carriers independently determine whether a delivery address is classified as residential or commercial.

Customers remain responsible for any additional carrier-imposed charges associated with:

  • Residential delivery surcharges
  • Limited-access delivery locations
  • Liftgate service requirements
  • Address correction fees
  • Delivery reattempt charges

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

While we take care to securely package all shipments, carrier mishandling or transit delays may occasionally occur.

Damaged Deliveries

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery and retain all packaging materials for claim review purposes.

Please photograph:

  • The shipping label
  • The outer shipping carton
  • Any damaged items inside the package

Claims for damaged shipments must be submitted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Carrier Delays

Estimated transit times are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed by Axxion USA, INC.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect customer address information
  • Force majeure events
  • High seasonal shipping volumes

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier while in transit, customers should contact cs@axxiongroup.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the outcome of the carrier investigation.

8. Shipping Availability

Currently, Axxion USA, INC. ships within the contiguous United States only.

Shipping availability, carrier services, and fulfillment regions may be modified or expanded at any time without prior notice.

9. Policy Updates

Axxion USA, INC. reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or carrier-related changes.

Updated versions of this policy become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
